Exchanges & Returns
If your order didn't arrive as expected or you’d like to exchange it for a different product - don’t worry, we won’t take it personally!
Let us know within 30 days of the shipping date and we will gladly provide a store credit to select another item.
Please note: we can't process returns in person at our head office.
To be eligible for exchange or return the item must be an unworn, in original condition and packaging with garment tags still attached. Freight back to our facility will not be credited. We will only process items purchased from karbon.com.
Please note: discounted items, including those purchased with discounts over 40%, are FINAL SALE. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.

A Return Authorization (RA) form will be provided to mail the item(s) back to our facility. You are responsible for shipping the garment back to our receiving facility.
Inbound packages are inspected upon arrival at our facility. Please allow 48 hours (2 business days) for a package to be verified. Be sure to write the assigned RA form number on the outside of your package to ensure it can be processed in a timely manner.
Please Note: Any package without an assigned Return Authorization form will not be accepted and immediately returned to the senders address.
Reimbursements for returned items are issued to the credit card used at the time the order was placed. After we receive your returned items, please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund to be reflected in your account.
Discount Codes & Promotions
○ Discount codes and promotions apply to in-stock merchandise only.
○ Discount codes and promotions do not apply to gift card purchases, shipping charges or other fees, unless specified.
