Exchanges & Returns
If your order didn’t arrive as expected or you’d like to return or exchange it for a different product — don’t worry, we won’t take it personally!
Let us know within 30 days of the shipping date, and we’ll gladly help you with the return or exchange process. Refunds can be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout, or you may choose to receive your refund as a Gift Card (store credit) to use toward a future purchase on Karbon.com.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to process returns or exchanges in person at our head office.

✔ Regular-price items: Eligible for return or exchange if they are:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition and packaging
- With all original garment tags still attached
✔ Sale items (discounts, promo codes, seasonal promotions): Eligible for return or exchange if the discount is less than 40%, provided they meet the same condition requirements above.
✘ The Outlet items: All products purchased from The Outlet section are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Additional notes:
- Only products purchased directly from karbon.com are eligible for return or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are not refundable.
To request a return or exchange:
- Email support@karbon.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) form and the return shipping address.
- You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our facility.
Once your return arrives:
- Inbound packages are inspected upon arrival.
- Please allow up to 96 hours (4 business days) for verification.
Please Note: Any package without an assigned Return Authorization form will not be accepted and immediately returned to the sender's address.
Once your return is received and approved, you may choose to receive your refund:
- Back to your original payment method, or
- As a Karbon.com Gift Card (store credit)
- Please allow 2–3 weeks after we receive your returned items for your refund or gift card to be processed.
Discount Codes & Promotions
○ Discount codes and promotions apply to in-stock merchandise only.
○ Discount codes and promotions do not apply to gift card purchases, shipping charges or other fees, unless specified.
○ Only one coupon or discount code may be applied per order, per customer.
○ Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions or applied to prior orders.
○ Discount codes may or may not apply to sale items.
○ BOGO purchases are final sale.
