Exchanges & Returns
If your order didn't arrive as expected or you’d like to exchange it for a different product - don’t worry, we won’t take it personally!
Let us know within 30 days of the shipping date and we will gladly help you with the exchange or credit process. We do not offer refunds but we’ll gladly provide a Gift Card that can be used on karbon.com.
Please note: We can't process exchanges in person at our head office.
To be eligible for exchange or credit the item must be unworn, in original condition and packaging with garment tags still attached. Freight back to our facility will not be credited. We will only process items purchased from karbon.com.
Please note: discounted items, including those purchased with discounts 40% or higher (including BOGO purchases), are FINAL SALE. There are no exchanges or credit on final sale merchandise.
To request an exchange or return for credit, please email support@karbon.com.
A Return Authorization (RA) form will be provided to mail the item(s) back to our facility. You are responsible for shipping the garment back to our receiving facility.
Inbound packages are inspected upon arrival at our facility. Please allow 96 hours (4 business days) for a package to be verified once it arrives in our facility. Be sure to write the assigned RA form number on the outside of your package to ensure it can be processed in a timely manner.
Please Note: Any package without an assigned Return Authorization form will not be accepted and immediately returned to the sender’s address.
Credit for returned items will be issued to the customer as a karbon.com Gift Card. After we receive your returned items, please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your Gift Card.
Discount Codes & Promotions
○ Discount codes and promotions apply to in-stock merchandise only.
○ Discount codes and promotions do not apply to gift card purchases, shipping charges or other fees, unless specified.
